I am currently listening to them, being pushed by an new old stock Kenwood 90’s amp, the sound coming out of these speakers is amazing. I mean they just dont require a subwoofer. And still can hear and feel the punch. Tool is being listened btw :)

Nothing can compare to a good subwoofer especially ones over $1000. SVS ect. I have 4 sets of CV speakers AT, VS, And D series and none can compare to a high end sub period.

Sorry but my American made Cerwin Vega Ls-12 blow them junk chinese SL-12 speakers away on every aspect.
