SmartReview.com attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2014) to report on the latest 4K Ultra HD TVs and HDTVs at Panasonic. Panasonic has been a driving force behind 4K technology. Since exiting the Plasma market last year, they are focusing mainly on 4K TVs that can give you a picture better than Plasma. Panasonic showed its Life+Screen AX800 Series 4K TVs at CES 2014. Available in 65-inch (TC-65AX800U) and 58-inch sizes (TC-58AX800U). They have HDMI 2.0, HEVC h.265 decoding, and Displayport 1.2a.
This video also shows all the applications of 4K, from 4K web browser, 4K Games, 4K Swipe and Share, Security, Cameras, Superwide 4K Screen that can show an entire football field, and more.
Most of Panasonic 2014 Viera TVs (1080p HDTV and 4K Ultra HD) will have the Life+ Screen Smart TV functionality. This will allow each member of the family to have their own customized home screen and content on the TV.
