Cómo puedo tratar a un perro que rescate de la calle y que fue maltratado (tiene una cicatriz de unos 10 cm en el cuello) y no admite el collar ni pechera. Por favor gracias Cesar

@CesarMillanOfficial Hi cesar, I’m in a big trouble i can’t visit you as I’m from india. But i hope you’ll help me. I have 3 dogs. 1 male & 2 females of different age. 1 is 13 years and another is 1 year old. The younger one is very aggressive. One time they have a big fight since then my older one is very sceptical about coming home. She romes around without food and shelter ., i keep on calling her at the end she comes and eat her food but staying at home makes her very nervous so she tends to go to other places…. I live in countryside so there’s no issues of place. But then i want her to stay home… even though i keep the younger dog (the aggressive one) inside the house, she is very sceptical of staying home. What should I do?
