I actually like CU alot this year. They arguably the best QB, skill position group and, secondary in the big12. They have improved their offensive and, defensive line alot. I also like the changes they made to the coaching staff. Phil Loadholt comes in highly regarded, Livingston has been around some of the greatest defensive minds in football and, Shurmur is a way better fot fir Shedeur. The talent in CU's team has increased. I believe CU will make a step forward this year

He took a 1-11 team to a 4-8 season with a barely upgraded roster. Just by adding shilo sheduer and travis to the team the team greatly improved. Everyone over looks that tho just to hate

I don’t think what people realize with their schedule is almost every game is a toss up. The difference between 4-8 or 8-4 is going to be very minimal

Their o-line may have been bad, but I didn't like how much they dogged them in front of cameras. They're still talking about it. I don't want to see them making personnel excuses this year. Deion put the team together. If you can't get who you want, welcome to college football. Everyone works with what they can get.

last year Colorado had ZERO ability to run the ball and when coaches figured out they did not have to play the run they absolutely tee'd off on the QB EVERY single play. Colorado has upgraded lines enough so that opponents at least have to respect the run, which will make their O so much better. Defense, they now have a real 2-deep. they can get 8 Ws

Deion is like the Trump of football coaches as far as how people feel about them. Too brash, too arrogant, etc. They both have people that are almost fanatical about hating or adoring them. Very polarizing personalities.

That’s why he hired Pat Shurmur and Robert Livingston(a Mike Zimmer student) Deion is for recruiting and motivation, but he did play in the league for like 15 years and has been coaching since 2018 at high school or the FCS level, he knows football, stop acting like he doesn’t know anything.

He's a CEO not a coach, that's how he sees his job, he's there to bring attention to the program, discipline, motivate and praise when necessary. Everything he does shows this. His title is HC but he's changing how it's done.

HIs wins are measured differently because he's out there acting like CU is some great team. So, it's just basic sense that if your team is garbage, we're going to measure it differently. Talk less, coach better.
