Michigan is the boss here. Sign now or you're gone. It's the team, the team, the team. Harbaugh's putting himself ahead of the team. That's fine business is business. But with signing day coming up kids are thinking i don't know if the coach will even be there next year i'll go somewhere else. It's time for Michigan to move on and say thanks and good luck.

Well, I'm an alumnus and while I appreciate that Harbaugh brought us a natty the way he's handled this really pisses me off. If he wants to leave he should say so, allow Michigan to conduct a legit coaching search, and risk not getting the nfl job he wants. He shouldn't hold the program hostage while he figures out who wants him in the nfl.

You dont understand that Harbaugh is doing a solid to UM. He stays until classes are no longer open for enrollment and you avoid a mass exodus of players. It does only delay until the next window but that’s after spring practice for most programs. He sees Bama getting decimated and no one had considered that would happen.

If you take the sign dynamics from the current college playoff at transfer that to an NFL playoff, the Washington Huskies will win the "super bowl".... And pro sports, all it takes is the right combination of players, coaches, chemistry, and getting on a hot street at the right time of the year. In college, the coach with the best program and the most manpower wins. Michigan news that wants Georgia was off the board and they beat Alabama, all they had to do was use their personnel to be Washington with a simplistic game plan. There was simply no amount of game planning that Kaylin deboer could have came up with to match the manpower on Michigan's roster

He has accomplished what they hired him to do. For that, I’ll be forever grateful. Michigan wins 10 games next fall if a trained monkey takes over at HC! The development has been that good, the talent level is that deep. That being said, take a dump or get off the pot! The GOAT Coach was very decisive, why do we as a fan base have to endure this crap at the end of every season? Michigan just won a Natty a week ago & because of this colossal annual distraction we current have: • The same jacked up NIL situation • No Current recruiting momentum • No incoming portal momentum The most amazing thing of all is the amount of loyalty there seems to be writhing the program. 8 kids in the portal is amazing. Speaks volumes about the current culture. Why wouldn’t they wanna preserve that? Why are we trending toward being the program that has all the pins set but can’t keep the ball out of the gutter? The Chargers are not the perfect opportunity for Harbaugh or Belichick that so many pundits seem to think they are. They about 50 million over the salary cap, and will either have to trade away talent or let them leave for free agency. By sticking with Staley for so long, they squandered their window of opportunity to win and compete for a Super Bowl. The timing is all off there unless Harbaugh wants to be part of a near complete teardown and rebuild. But I think at 60 he's too old for that.

@@tjk9263 Alabama (and Ohio State) are equal, not greater, and Note Dame does not factor in the equation. I did 30+ years ago, but now, it is a decaying and irrelevant program that nobody other than Notre Dame alumni cares about. Notre Dame cannot win a conference title because it does not belong to a conference, it does not win Bowl games that matter (the Sun Bowl, Gator Bowl, Pinstripe Bowl, Hawaii Bowl and Camping World Bowl do not matter much), and it does not win national championships. It has no true rivalry on the scale of a Michigan vs OSU or Alabama vs Auburn. It relies too much on its past and its "mystique". Those are not enough to carry the program in this day and age.
