Sab practice ka khel hai bhai.. me beginner method me hin 35 sec me solve kiya hun.. jo ki har layer ko ek ek kar k solve karna padta hai. Avi practice chhut gya h aur cfop ka practice kar rha hun avi 1.45 min leta hun. Full practice k baad roux sikhunga

Any method is good (Roux CFOP ZZ). For getting the WR you have to put in the work, ie millions of solves in any one of the method. Every mainstream method has great potential

The cfop guy was better at his look ahead while roux was pausing lot so roux guy needs more practice at his look ahead this match was unfair cfop dude was better at lookahead

+ZefRui The Roux guy has gotten more faster now and has almost pauseless turning at 4ish TPS, it is tougher to lookahead in Roux BTW.

try to learn cfop first|(not the whole thing , just 2 look oll , pll and basic f2l) as it is easier to learn. then try out roux, then ZZ

If you didn't know, it only depends on how efficient you solve the cube. But I prefer to learn roux than cfop.

I am a roux solved and I am sub 20 with it I just 6 months and I stopped cubing an year ago and now I am back to sub 30 and my brother did the same but he used cfop and an year ago he was sub 30 he is still sub 30 even he is cubing from an year he knows full pll and half oll but if you want to improve faster in 3*3 then you can go for roux rather than cfop

It depends on a lot of factors but both methods are really just personal preference because both methods are just as fast. I prefer CFOP personal because of the algorithms. It's just satisfying to learn a new algorithm and then do it without thinking about it.

@@abunickabhi I just tried Mehta method and it's not bad getting 20 to 30 seconds first try and I average 21 seconds with CFOP. With some practice I'm sure it's going to be useful in my solves. Thank you for telling me about it.:)

Roux is more efficient than cfop but the roux guy pauses a lot. I think he needs practice at inspecting a scrambled. So its fair to say that this match was kinda unfair

So is it inefficient to learn roux directly after beginners method? The learning curve to F2l would be about the same for the f2blocks for roux.. my best time is already 46 seconds with roux and i've only learned it 3 days ago. Would learning cfop really directly help my roux times? I ultimately just want to be efficient with roux.. should I just keep it as my main method?

M Lienau roux is much harder to learn but is better I'm using cfop right now but roux is better because you can turn slower and still get similar times to cfop but if you call your tps then roux will be faster is your turning at the same speed but then again it is so much harder to learn please send me a good roux tutorial I'm having a hard time learning it

Not really. The current asian record in one handed is using Roux method. The winner of North American Championship OH finals is Kian who is Roux user. I can go on and on.
