In french they say death is la morte and it's a feminine noun. So death is a woman.

+Shashindu Dodampahala No. 'La mort' means 'death'. No 'e' at the end. 'La morte' is a dead woman. Just like 'le mort' means a dead man. Be careful, because the difference is very small, but still there.

A smooth mix of dark humour and scarasm, add a relationship between mother and son, a bit of technology criticism and here you go. Really enjoyed the waiting suicide theme. Careful not to mix too much topics though.Liked and bookmarked it!

+Davy Desykes I think that death thought that the cabbages and roses were going to breed to make people? I got the impression that while she knew just how death worked, that she was ignorant of how life started...I could be wrong, but the computer showed a picture of a little girl + roses, and a little boy = a cabbage, it may be a French fable I'm unaware of though?

However you look at this world, it doesn't make sense. It's a big world, and millions of people die every day; _one_ Grim Reaper would be heavily overworked, UNLESS s/he had the capability to reap multiple souls at once even if they are in different parts of the world, and/or lived in a realm where time flowed differently. At which point a Grim Reaper mother would have time for her son. You don't harvest _one_ plant with a sweep of a scythe that big anyway, you harvest a bushel.

ciel Phantomhive they could perceive a different spectrum of time and have another measurement of time in between ours and it turns out that no one actually dies at the same time but to them theirs like an hour between each death. Also she did show the ability to teleport (or walk fast if the above theory is applied) but none of this would make since so bye.... :/
