Thanks. You send you all my warm greetings, his woman and family. I commend Mugabe for this great initiative. The restoration of stolen lands, improvement on Education and others is applaudable. His, concentration on the economic growth is applaudable. His contributions will always be remembered being a non conformist, a true Africanist and lover of his people. I see myself in his story, in the areas of being controversial. Of, course, those that were patient to come closer to Robert, knows him to be a nice man.

When the former colonial power England and its allies fought against Robert Mugabe's leadership throughout his years as leader of Zimbabwe, it shows that he was onto a greater ideology of having his people being determinants in every respect over their own destinies; a feat the Western powers were afraid would open the eyes of the people. With sanctions thrown on Zimbabwe, it was difficult for Mugabe's dreams to realize. The disunity of the African Union or should I put it the disunity of neigbouring countries to rally in support of each other was paramount to the country's downfall in its economic aspirations as the West saw the weakness and cowardice and therefore as they will always do exploit that area. Until the regional countries of Africa designed a plan that is fundamental in fostering a united front without the involvement of the West, then the individuality of each state will be open for easy picking by the Chicken Hawks of the West. Albeit though, for all that Mugabe was doing there was a great lack in his will to have confidence in his own people. There should have been a secret plan of training his people on how to manage their own circumstances, especially when areas stolen from them were taken back from the former colonizers. Yes, even though I agree to lands being retaken I was scared that there was no proper training of the people; a fault in the shortsightedness of his leadership. Another great fault in leadership is having confident in the healthcare of your own country. It is unbelievable ridiculous that African leaders still demonstrate that weakness a weakness others outside are opted to exploit when they see it necessary. Hence as in Mugabe's case where he went wrong after all the successes of liberating his people, was his lack of recognizing and believing in his people to take on the task themselves to accomplish and build on his ideology. If that had been the case indeed, he would have groomed someone among his government or among the people via the various qualified organizations to be future leaders and and at the same time being a mentor in the process. Instead he decided to hold onto power for life and the outcome in the end justified the means - a lesson in history for future leaderships.

In terms of growth and development, he didn't do much, all the macro economics variables grew worse during his era, that being said, the man was a hero in his own way, he maintained a resolute stance about the sovereignty of African states, anti-homosexualism stance, fighting for the liberation of zim and the equality of the black folks and white folks. For that he deserves a standing ovation

The British government is dishonest and criminal. They refused failed or chose not to honour their word to fund the compensation of their white farmers. Mugabe and people of Zimbabwe waited from 1990 till 2000 but the deliberations yielded nothing. Whites didn't want to leave the farms and people resorted to exactly how the land was taken by whites in the first place, Violent seizure.

So funny he was about to receive a noble peace price just like Mandela did, but he changed course and they started to call for him to leave the office. He didn't want the call to come from them for good reasons I believe, but opposition gained strength from foreign backing. Now it's a country devided but who truly represents the people with corruption, deception, betrayal, poverty all looming some think it's all doomed because Gabriel chose African dream than puppetry.

Be careful or you will become what you hate. Nietzsche. Like Mugabe. What happened to Mugabe? A man so full of reconciliation and promise in 1980, a seriously clever man that was poisoned like the devils before him one whose continuously believed rhetorical talk had his people wrapped around his little finger. A man that continued to stick his middle finger up to the West, and for good reason, however, as usual the ones who suffer are not those like Mugabe or any elite its the poor man. He knew what he was doing and because the white West continued to hound and publicly harass his he turned on those whites in his own country. Think Im wrong? Research deeply and put yourself in his position and through history. ;)
