INGREDIENTS:
* Dark Chocolate(डार्क चॉकलेट) - 250 Gram
* Milk(दूध) - 6-7 Spoon
* Butter(बटर) - 2 Spoon
* White Chocolate(सफेद चॉकलेट) - 500 Gram
* Mango Papad(आम पापड़)
* Colorful Cherry(रंगीन चेरी)
* Cashew Nuts(काजू)
RECIPE:
Take a Tray/Plate/Thali, and place Butter Paper in it and keep it aside.
Take Dark Chocolate cut it into pieces and melt it by using the double boiler method as shown in the video. Then keep the pan on the flame, put some Milk, Butter, Chopped White Chocolate, and melt it well. When it melted properly then put chopped Cashew Nuts, Colorful Cherries, and Mango Papad. Mix them all well and put it in the butter paper tray, press it with the spatula, and set it in the freezer for half an hour. Take out the Chocolate in the freezer and put the melted Dark Chocolate on it. Spread it evenly and tap it 3-4 times. Then set in the fridge for half an hour. Then remove the butter paper and cut it into pieces and put it in the gift box. In this way, Rakhi Special Chocolate Mithai will get ready easily.
