It was probably them he was texting! Later: Oh dear, I've just translated the text, and this is 1.5 metres of snow, fallen overnight, I'd better apologise!

@@snow-removal 体力的にも大変だけど……隣家と近く、気楽に雪下ろしできないというメンタルもキツイ。 重いザラメ雪を下ろす時……隣家の壁に跳ねて当たらないかとヒヤヒヤもの。
