This video is an ASMR video where you can enjoy the gentle sound of the river (the babbling of the river), the voice of the birds (the chirping of birds), and the nature that makes your brain melt when you watch or listen.
The sound of flowing water contains a waveform called "1 / f fluctuation" that has the effect of relaxing the human mind, and is said to be effective in relieving fatigue and relieving stress.

My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this.

猛暑で外遊びができずストレスが溜まっているジャックラッセルがこちらをかけはじめたとたん、静かになり、うとうとし始めました。聞き慣れない鳥の声にいつもはものすごい勢いで反応しますが、こちらは癒しの音として聞こえるようです。助かりました！

My mom and I always sat on our front porch with hot tea, and watched the rain. She loved thunderstorms. When she died last year, there were a lot of storms those first few weeks, and it was so comforting, felt like I was back home. Rain is a beautiful thing, and I love that people put these videos on KZfaq. ❤

Very soothing. I listen to it most every night. Once I start the video, the next thing I know, it's morning and it's still playing the soothing birds sounds and music. What a beautiful sound.
