आज मैं आपके लिए छोले भटूरे की बिलकुल आसान रेसिपी लेकर आयी हूँ, taste में बहुत ज़्यादा शानदार है और बनाने में इतना आसान ही कोई beginner भी बना ले |
Ingredients
1 cup soaked chickpeas
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp carom seeds
One black cardamom
1 Bayleaf
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tbsp ginger
2 tomato
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp deggi Mirch powder
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp Chana masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lemon
2 cup refined flour
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp powder sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp fine semolina
2 tbsp oil + for frying
