This really touched me deep. As a Chinese born in Europe I’ve been subjected to bullying since childhood during my school days. As one dancer said there’s no age to bullying. And if no one sees it no one believes it especially when you’re isolated from the rest of the class. I was lucky since my top bully transferred after a year together but I saw how one of my “friends” became one of my bully after being cornered a few times….

@@thecrimsonmoonx_ The basic premise behind this performance is school violence, being a victim to such horrendous treatment and bullying. It portrays how such behaviour is often overlooked even if its so clearly presented. Hope this helped : )

For me it looks like the performance shows how the person in white gets bullied, damaged from the others. After all that her clothes change to black meaning they broke her. At the end you could see again how they all pushed her, covered her with paint.. and at the end one person held her throat, like she’s controlling her, not making it able for her to get away I hope this helps

Огромное спасибо команде за такой пронзительный номер. Трогательно и жёстко до слёз. К огромному сожалению тема очень проста и понятна человеку любой национальности и гражданства. To be honest I know how this feels cuz I was bullied by a group of boys in my bus. I was crying. I complained the boys teacher but the teacher just said ' it happens with everyone'. I was schoked by that statement and learned how to stand up for myself. I just can't explain everything cuz it makes me cry.

She's right. You can't control others but you can control how you react and how you feel. It happens from the moment we are born until we die so if we dont learn how to overcome it and get a thick skin we will have a life of misery. The bully gets off on knowing it affects you. Stop showing it effects you and you take their power away. I know it sounds insensitive to say "suck it up and get a thicker skin" but its the best advice. Never show your weakness. Ppl like that will prey on it and exploit it.

Having suffered bullying for all my school years to the point I have nightmares about going back, even though I don't even remember much of it, even though it's been more than 5 years, this performance touched me and made me cry without realizing it; maybe I was the issue or maybe people just saw someone that was already weak and jumped on with everyone else, whatever the reason it's just like the last scene with the painted dancer, you learn to accept it, endure it, and try to live on, it sucks while you're there but once it's over you're most probably never coming back (even more true if it's about school), at least that's what I tell myself.

This really is exactly how bullying feels... It's really difficult to block out the cruel words people say about you. It's even harder to fight back. Though you try to smile through the pain and keep going about your life, your bullies won't stop until you've lost everything, including your smile. On top of all this, if anyone dares to stand up for you, there's a chance that they'll become a victim just like you. It's why no one stands up for victims anymore, because they're too afraid of suffering the same way. Unfortunately, no matter how many times such issues are spoken about, it never changes... It's a never-ending cycle.

Как бы она не пыталась сбежать или слиться с толпой стать как все, она остаётся для них белой вороной и предметом унижений. И толпа всегда найдёт новую жертву.

пересмотрела сто раз и каждый раз навзрыд.много проделано работы, чтоб танец выглядел таким невероятным.вроде легко станцевать,когда смотришь...но нет.тут эмоции передать и проблемы общества важно было,а это надо ооочень постараться.чтою зрителя до слез пробрать это надо дейстсвительно вложить смысл в танец
