Here in Mexico we call the saboten as Nopal. Is better if you boil it first to take the sticky and bitter out. Also I suggest to cook it with different things. Like meat,eggs or even in a salad.

En México se conoce como Nopal y por lo general se comen los mas "tiernos" porque son mas fáciles de limpiar y preparar. Buen vídeo.
Usually im blown away with the things you cook and dispatch but as a mexican watching you cut a nopal isn't that interesting 😅

You are supposed to boild them 1 hour before eating them XD they are really delicious, you can even save some after boiling them and eat them cool in salads, with spicy sauce, even use them as topings on omelettes. 😋
