There would always be someone who will stand with you!

Even before being proved culprit he is presumed culprit by court , society and everyone . Even after a long fight if he gains acquittal from court he looses his dignity,job and everything. The society still sees him as culprit and behaves in such a weird manner with him as if he is untouchable . No one gives him job.Not only that his entire family suffers but on the other hand the girl is given recognition,bravery awards and praised by everyone. People courts media make her a hero. Even if a man proofs himself innocent courts and judges are so biased that they do not punish a girl just because she is a girl. And society does not change perception even for such notorious girls. In such cases poor man is left with only two options either kill the girl (which will again gain sympathy for girl) or commit suicide(about which no one is least bothered) ladke ki hi to Jaan gayi hai kaun sa importance thode hi rakhta hai ladke ki jaan...this is the mentality of courts and society

The main problem is that even after proving a false accusation of rape or molestation or dowry, the law don't punish the woman who filed fake cases. When judiciary has became serious on this, fake cases would be stopped and genuine cases would come in courts.

Women are misusing the laws very much. GOVT should think about men and their family and come up with balanced law and process. I agree, in women case, neither police nor any GOVT organization comes to the support of men to even check whether the allegations have any base or not. Women can even accuse judges and judge will be in soup, like a woman was arranged by Oppn parties and their lawyer lobby against Dipak Misra (SC judge) to force him not to give verdict in RAM MANDIR case.

Men work hard for the country. We pay taxes. We protect the land, we do from menial job to high level job. We work in navy, army, air force more than women. But the court wants to be soft corner towards women only. Without any evidence, we get to be in false R cases and have to suffer in jail for no reason? I don't like indian law
