Seeing other aspects of BMX about who we are as people, is important in sharing our stories. I grew up in foster care during my adolescents and had riding to fall back on to express my frustrations. Its good to hear Chad's story. 18:30

What a crazy life story. Everything in the blink of an eye is changed in his origins story. Love his outlook and BMX is a family. Getting into the episode you guys say something that makes it clear it was recorded before the injury and swamp fest. You had a spat with Spinner too? I am only 4-5 years into following the whole BMX thing I only knew what was very mainstream so still learning the beef every one has with Fudger lol

Yeah, this was before Swampfest. The thing with Spinner was pretty silly, honestly. I'll save the story for when he gets on the podcast. But yeah, I've pretty much pissed off everyone at some point, haha.

@@markfitzurka9995 Sorry, I kind of took a bit of a step away from the internet after a crazy month. I have definitely matured, as most of us do. I feel like it's easier to piss people off these days and there's a lot of eyes on every single thing said, so it still happens. I accept a certain amount of drama as a part of life, hah. I had a friend when I was really young and he knew he was adopted and it didn't go well for him. He used that as a reason to rebel against his parents all the time, then his mom and dad divorced and he thought he was the reason and so on. I don't know, I think maybe it would have been better he didn't know. He would always tell me they didn't really care about him because he wasn't really their kid and so on. He later got into drugs, crime, spent time in jail and so on. This is one of those things where you just never really know the outcome.

lol the first and only time I ever met Garrett he was probably 12 or so at the local skatepark in Toms River I didn’t like him cause he was super cocky and kept snaking me and my shitty friends 😂 he was so unbelievably good and way better than any of us.
