Chad is an inspirational musician and composer. His playing has so many attributes that applies to all the leaders in music, movies, art, literature: drama, tension, intrigue, narrative, surprise… and his flow on the instrument is like mercury. Oh man, those cup chimes, they SING! I could listen to him all day. I often do.

The one thing of Chad’s that I covet more than his playing is his access to the fountain of youth. The man hasn’t aged a day in 30 years!

I had the somewhat incredible luck of seeing Chad Wackerman with Allan Holdsworth. It was in Gävle, Sweden somewhere in the 90s. Clarion Hotel Winn and their restaurant. It doesn't get much more intimate than that. Allan was as good as he could be, but Chad was the talk of the town after the gig. Sometimes life is weird, but fun.

Man his drum set is amazing and Chads playing is brilliant as ever,nice work everyone!! Nice to see you using the massive drum kit!
