Thought i would watch this again as Chael is always an excellent interview!!! One thing that bugged me was at 1:40 Good example Bermane Stiverne vs Deontay Wilder 1 Stiverne (who was WBC Heavyweight Champion) made $900,000 and Wilder (who was not holding any major belts, nor had he ever at that stage of his career) made over $1,000,000. I certainly believe that it is *the name* that ensures a large pay-day and not the belts and the belts help make the name. I really like the guy but ive never thought Chael's ability in the octagon matched his fight promotion and ability to generate hype. I've always thought it would be amazing if Dana hired Chael to be at press conferences as a hype man. Putting his quick wit and ability to come up with harsh one liners to good use and quickly stir up tensions between fighters - turning some pretty dull media events into entertainment. (Not many fighters star in front of a camera like Connor does).
