your a casual, Izzy has done way more in the sport of mma then sean, he has 6 title defenses, to sean getting lucky and winning haha, sean will never be champion again! sean fought won the belt and lost it lol, don’t compare sean to Izzy, you will see why in June. South Africa government was never going to pay a site fee. Australia paid 16 million for 4 events plus free logistics. The ticket price would be so low and they don't have a large state of the art basketball arena. I hope I'm wrong and it happens.

ufc really doesnt like sean. If izzy wins though im betting he'll want to run it back with sean asap, and if whittaker beats chimaev then theres really no other fight to make for the belt. Sean really shouldve got an immediate rematch with ddp, but i imagine if ddp wins sean will need to fight another top contender to get a title shot.

It is kinda absurd to 50-45 one of the greatest middleweights of all time, then lose a narrow decision against the new champ and suddenly your name is off the list without even a whisper. I bet if izzy wins the title back he will call out sean immediately, ddp would probably also be keen for a rematch if he retains the title but maybe after hes gone through some other contenders first (unless sean beats another contender before then). Edit: 49-46, same shit really.

If I was Strickland I would be loud about this problem. Think about it, Sean completely outclasses Izzy than goes and wins a razor close fight vs Dricus but the judges screw it up..Now the 2 men that Sean just beat are fighting for Seans belt. Nahh, fuck that Id tell them give me my rematch or im gone and ill take all my fans with me. Strickland is one of the biggest super stars in the sport right now so hes got more pull than he thinks he does.

strickland deserves the rematch, jizzy has lost 2 of his last 3, she goes to the back of the line when she decides to come back, a lot of people think bobby knuckles won the second fight with jizzy, so i do see controversy there if it ever lines up again, kumshot should have been fighting cannoneir or secret juice or the italian before getting to rob, despite the fight being a curious one with real interest.

Cus Whitaker is just one of those guys who has never said no to a bad match-up or tried to politic to protect his ranking. There's also a substantiated rumour that Whittaker tried to qualify as an Olympic hopeful for wrestling when he was champ. he's actually not...Sean is only big on socials...his draws are horrible to say the least...kinda the opposite of O'Malley. Izzy has always been the biggest draw since connor until Jones returned recently and took the 2nd highest spot...which makes izzy the 3rd highest ppv draw currently in UFC...Google it.

Sean Strickland should get the rematch, Chael. Izzy said he didn’t want to fight until 2026… remember when he said that? Dricus turned down Izzy! Why was Izzy offered the UFC 300 fight before the UFC talked to Sean? and Sean was already back to training a week later after fighting. While Dricus cried! Sounds like Dana wants to feed Dricus to Chimaev for turning down UFC 300 🤔 You tell me who deserves it. Chimaev will have trouble making weight AGAIN. chimaev was fighting at leons weight class... him moving up to izzys weight class should make weight less of an issue for him. bo nickel has no big name fights yet.. chimaev would beat him based on whos fighting at the higher level. im more for the ddp strickland rematch. izzy stepped down after losing the belt he shouldnt get a title shot first fight back especially when dana doesnt think strickland should have lost the belt. there is unsettled business where the division moved on... also dana backedout of alot of match making as he nears retirement. hence the let downs as of late

@@TheYow Chimaev’s walk-around weight was at or above 195 lbs when he fought at Welterweight. Chimaev has fought Burns and a has-been soft chin Kamaru (still couldn’t KO or submit him) that’s it. He was supposed to fight Nate Diaz, but he “got a cramp” and was told to stop cutting weight… Holland doesn’t count he was a last minute back up. Excuses, excuses. What matters more to these guys than their religion? Nothing. To Makhachev? Nothing. to Khabib? Nothing. Yeah right. They’re full of it. they smile for the camera and love the spotlight, love their cars, their women (and men) and their trips to Dubai. They love the money. As for Dricus v Strickland, Idk what fight everybody else watched but I saw Du Plessis’ face after the fight, a week after the fight. He did f-all with his 2 takedowns. It was a blasphemous decision and anyone who has watched the sport for long enough knows this. Trudeau couldn’t have Sean Strickland winning that fight with the whole crowd chanting, “F*** TRUDEAU!” That’s Sean’s fault for not laying on the gas, but as champ he did enough. All that aside the point is, Chimaev can get cut for all I care. He knows what he needed to do to fight in America, quit hanging out with Ramzan Kadyrov. if America won’t let him in you think UK will?? Instead he just waits until there’s a card in Saudi? @YumYumTV-wt4si Nah bro this is the ufc. The ufc or Dana white himself has said that in the ufc we don't do gimmick fights, only the best fight the best. Usman isn't even ranked right now. It would be a horrible decision on sean Strickland part to accept a rematch with usman because it just wastes his career's time. Usman needs to be more active at middleweight and needs more wins, at least 2 more ranked wins before he can get a rematch with Strickland.

Strickland can be ONLY FIGHT with du plessy 0:03 that can happen or Noone will buy ppv shows ever again. I feel bad for the other true fighters. However we don't pay for WWE style fights. Strickland vs du plessyy or ufc is exposed fake naritives. All other fights mean nothing until that's re done period.
