I have a terrible closed off singing voice because I think my throat chakra closed in childhood when I was not allowed to speak freely and then told to mouth the words when I was singing with my grade school class - I guess because I was told that I must be tone deaf and sounded so awful - maybe in 4th grade. Sometimes, however, when I am alone - often in the forest, I will begin to chant while I'm walking and ocassionally, during this, my throat chakra opens and my voice is free and amazingly for a little while I can really sing and carry the tune. So this is a major path for me.

Well I'm Hindu and Living in London and mixed in western world forgot about those values and morels. But learnt alot from KD that Im still here and will try to come back on track. Thank you for the eye opening lesson.
