To create your own stunning Love is Messy Bracelet we suggest the following:

16G(1.2mm) x 6.25mmID Jump Rings x 80
16G(1.2mm) 3.50mmID Jump Rings x 21
Beads/Findings:
4mm round Rose Quartz Beads x 16
6mm round Rose Quartz Beads x 12
Rose Quartz Chips x 26 pieces
Head Pins x 54
Bead Cones x 2
Lobster Clasp x 1
2 pairs of smooth jawed chain nosed pliers. You will also need round nosed pliers and wire cutters.

A beading mat is also useful to catch dropped rings.

There was an error in the video. When making up the wrapped loops, the 4mm ones, you need to make up 14 wrapped beads, not the 16 I mentioned. Deb

Loved this bracelet - mixing beads with chips is a great idea esp with the balled head pins. Love the look of ‘heavy’ metal and the delicate rose quartz. Lovely!

Thanks Knottybead, yes we are safe. All the fires that were around us are now officially out. We got a huge amount of rain (which then caused all sorts of problems as well) but it served to put out the vast majority of the fires. Thanks for asking. Deb

I love this! Can't wait to make it myself. I do have a question. Do you have to use bead cones to finish it? Could you finish it another way? I'm just not a fan of cones. Thanks!

You don't have to have the cones. Just finish is off like a normal bracelet. Deb

Love the video this evening. I have a couple of questions. When doing the area with the beads in it does it have to have the 4mm and 6mm beads, can it be done with all chips? Also when doing the area with the cone cap - can you wire wrap both ends for more security??? Thanks Deb!

Hi Bobbie. You can use whatever beads you want. I just went with different sizes to stagger the final look. All chips would be fine, especially if you make sure you use all different sized pieces. As idea the wrapped loop inside the cone....yes you could as long as your piece of wire was long enough for two wrapped loops ....mine wasn't. HTH Deb
