Kronii's problem is that she's tripping her breaker. It's a safe guess that her house has 14/2 wiring, protected with a 15 amp breaker, because that's what everyone has. The 15 amp breaker has a hard limit of 1800 watts, to prevent the 14/2 wires from catching fire and burning the building down. This was a lot of power in the days of 100watt light bulbs, because it meant you could put 18 light bulbs on one circuit (who even has 18 rooms in their house?), but a small 5000btu window air conditioner apparently uses 500 watts while running (more at startup), and I have a 700 watt power supply in my non-beef PC. Kronii's PC power supply is probably bigger. The solution is, Kronii needs to plug either the PC or the AC into a different circuit. Houses/apartments don't have just one 15 amp circuit, modern houses have 200 amp service feeding a bunch of smaller circuits, and I've seen crappy old apartments with 100 amp service. Kronii should be able to solve the problem with a simple extension cord. She should have at least six circuits available, and if one is overloaded (which it is), she needs to plug into one of the other five unused circuits. If she has an electric stove in her kitchen, that one for sure has it's own dedicated circuit, and it has a plug on top for plugging in things like microwave ovens. Whenever you're not cooking, that circuit is 100% unused.
