Nice track. The Blacklist S08E11 brought me here!

There's something so visceral about the sound of Avi's music. The deep, rich, soulful music is at the centre of it all, but all of the percussion, backing vocals and instrumentation blend so well together and build up such an incredible, supportive atmosphere. It's just such an experience listening to each song...

His music is his own category, and isn't heartless and money grabbing like all the mainstream crap.

I don't know why, but Avi's music reminds me of Native American Music. The rhythms of the drums, just the feeling it brings. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let it flow over you. It's the same feeling I get when I hear Native American Music.

On Saturday i've heard "Chains" for the first time and i broke down in tears completely. There has never been any song in this world which touched me so deeply i had to cry quite intensely. I had my eyes closed and all the demons from my past were standing in front of me and i got confronted one more time with them. But while listening to this song it felt unbelievably liberating and relieving like a million heavy stones fell down from my soul finally. I still have teary eyes every time this song is playing. This song is breathtakingly beautiful. I can't thank avi enough for this moment, this song and these emotions

So recently I'm watching an episode of the show Fire Country ( episode 9 I think) and towards the end I start to hear this song and I'm thinking "OMG, I know that can't be our guy Avi singing!!!!"

strip music down, make it simple, have it convey a message and a strength of feeling. When done right it bridges all borders and time to become a piece of art.

I can hardly wait until you can write from a place of joy rather than pain. These songs are cathartic and wonderful, but oh lord, what you're going to do when you're happy!!!

It's like the soul is singing from deep within...

He has recently spoken about being in a dark place, and this song reflects that. Makes me sad but I think we all need a song like this to connect with and I am happy he is sharing these feelings. Thank you Avi❤️
