Chainsaw Carving A Realistic Brook Trout!

Pretty good, I see you can control your chain saw very well, I worked with chain saw all my life, I can tell you know exactly what to do with it, Your carving is awesome ,I also do some chain saw carving and Dremel carving , I am from Vancouver Island B.C. Canada, retired now but I carve wood for hobby, keep up the good work

Thanks for watching the video Ed! That's awesome you carved a.brook trout! I use a spar varnish, or Australian timber oil on my outdoor carvings.

Chainsaw Chad- Thanks for the tip on a preservative. And BTW, I’m carvING a brook trout. Lol We’ll see how it turns out when I’m done. This is my first ever attempt at chainsaw carving so I don’t know how ling it takes you to finish something like this, but I’m thinking it’s gonna take me a long time to get it done. At least I have a bunch of wood in that stump (about 4’ in diameter) to fix mistakes😄

Hi Chad Very nice carving this week. By the way how's the new electric chainsaw going do you get much battery life out of it. Would like to buy one to chop firewood.

I love it for carving! I would use it for cutting firewood only if I didn't need very much cut. I get about 30 -40 min. Of cutting time.

I don't do any events. Go to my Facebook page it's in the description at the bottom of the video. I sell most of my carving on there. Also the website too.
