Your so creative, you do fantastic work. I can't wait to get a chain saw back in my hands. I would like to thank you for all your videos, that is what got me through the last three month. Had cervical surgery so all I have been able to do is watch your videos, no carving for me but the end is in sight. Thank again Chad.

Nice Bench Chad! I couldn’t wait to see your design, which type of wood you use, and how you went about making one. I’ve seen a couple videos on bench’s, and so far they’ve all got the same basic design, but each carver has their own personal touch, which makes them all amazing! I’ve been wanting to make one, but the only decent size wood I have is Ash, and my chainsaw bar seems to bounce when carving, and kicks my bit after a long period of time. I’ve been lacking the time of course;) We’ll keep up the good work Chad, you do awesome work.

We have just chopped down some conifers taller than are house still have the big logs over I’m gonna ask it we can make some benches out of them 🇬🇧

Congrats Nancy . Beautiful bench never seen a design like that might borrow your idea . What's your opinion on those chainsaw disc's for angle grinders .

The chainsaw angle grinder looks awesome I have never used one yet. I have heard it's easy to lose some fingers.

A firm grip is needed when using them. Never wear any kind of gloves, too easy to catch. Clean work area, and always make sure it stops turning before letting go with either hand or before setting it down. Both hands on the grinder at all times. And a face shield is the advice I’d give on the grinder with sawtooth chains. I have a set from King Arthur tools. I wouldn’t recommend the cheap knock offs.

I see you attching the screws on the bottom, but what keeps the back from breaking off? I've been using a 2X4 attached to the base and then the back, but you must have a differnt system.

The backrest is a 3in. Thick slab. It's not going to break
