में 71 साल की हु मेरे दाये पैर में बोल की रिपलेसमेंट हुइ है इस लिए कुसीँ की योगा कर सकती हैं और आप बहोत अच्छा सिखाते है आप हिन्दी में सिखायेंगे तो ज्यादा अच्छा रहे गा

I am seventy years old and was looking for some kind of sitting exercises. So far all yoga classes I found in our area and society, are all regular ones with sitting on the floors and bending of the knees. I can't sit on the floor or put any kind of pressure as my knee cap is very weak. So this was really helpful. Thanks so much Saurabh. God bless you.
