Jools band were great they just stood off a little - because its Chaka after all. Great drummer and backing vocalists to give steadiness and oomph. They ain't the NPG but for a big band configured differently - they did a very likable job behind a uniquely talented lady.

Dunno what it is but the band seems to be playing some weird pop rhythm rather than clipping the funk. Just sounds like a "lets remove the groove version". Shame, but Jools usually gets it right so seeing as a one off.

Queen Chaka Amazing , backing singers A bit shaky at the start but they soon caught up! On second thoughts Backing singers way off key , Atrocious, need to up their game when they’re singing with Chaka’s calibre . I know who the main culprit is amongst them and he’s not the dude! BTW band and Queen Chaka was awesome!
