Challah Bread is a traditional Jewish Bread made for the Sabbath and for the Jewish Holidays. It's a beautiful braided loaf with a shiny crust. You can form into different fancy shapes like: braided dough, snail form dough, ribbons, flowers and more. It is creamy, soft and fluffy.
My version of a healthy Challah Bread is; I am using organic ingredients, non GMO and unbleached flour. I am also using SaladMaster Bakeware free from any carcinogen.
