After victory over Leeds at Murrayfield in The Challenge Cup Final on the 29th April 2000 the Bradford Bulls made their way through the streets of Bradford on an open top bus from The Cedar Court Hotel, down Manchester Road and into City Square for a Civic Reception. The crowds were ecstatic and many thousands of them gathered in front of The City Hall in Bradford to welcome them back. It had been over 50 years since they held the Challenge Cup Trophy, last won in 1948-49 season. An emotional day for Trevor Foster who played in the team and was still at the club as timekeeper.
