today is Day 4 of our 30 days to a deal campaign using Facebook Lead Ads. So far we have 5 leads. I have gotten in contact with 3 of the 5, and all are real sellers. One we have under contract, one is commercial, and the other is listed.
The one under contract though, I just got pictures back and it is a total bag of poop. The house needs gasoline and a match. Therefore, I think we will be cancelling that contract. I don't even know of anyone in my buyer circle who would buy it.
So far our leads are actual sellers, and we are getting leads in all of our target markets, and we are down about $16 per lead. These are good metrics and we will keep the campaign running for now.
