Howie is a cannon. You can debate whether about the fact it's AA susceptible, but then again, that puts missiles, rockets, and mortars under similar categories. You can debate the historical origins, but that's really tricky, and the best answer is it's both a mortar and a cannon. But in the end, it comes down to the fact that the Howie is under the same tech as cannons, which in my opinion is the clearest possible indicator for the game of Forts. (Beat that Frazz😝)

Frazz doesn't know how to build vehicles. Me I'm a Terratech pro player so building cars or tanks on this game with thisnmod would be a piece of cake. Plus I've watched enough forts videos to know that you always double or triple brace your vehicles for supports!
