2) Put radio into dealer mode (hold defrost, temp-up, and temp-down buttons for 5-7 seconds)
3) Then tap on "Radio Part Information"
4) Take picture or write down the "Application Version" including hyphens and dots and the "Software Version" number XX.XX.XX.
5) Go to this webpage fcagroup.navig...
6) Enter the full "Application Version" including hyphens and dots
7) Purchase your map-pack USB stick.
8) Your USB stick will arrive by mail.
9) Put your vehicle into "Run" mode (trickle charger to keep battery power up).
10) Plug USB stick into Port 1
11) A "Map Update" message will appear within a few seconds click on "Activation Code".
12) Take a picture or write down the "Request Code".
13) Go to www.navigation...
14) Enter your VIN, Request Code, Software Version, and Product Serial Number (inside USB stick packaging)
15) You will receive an "Activation Code" enter that code into your radio including the hyphens.
16) Proceed with next steps, then click on the "Nav" app icon in the footer of the display to view the update progress. It takes 30 minutes to complete. Do not turn-off the vehicle or remove the USB stick during this process.
