That's badass man, I sold my old 5th gen SS for a hellcat and it used brackets similar to that years ago and I see it in town once in a blue moon and that shit still mounted also lol. Buy once, put it together once and cry once brother

Do it right or do it twice. Yea the brackets came from downforce solutions but Mfr engineering sells similar brackets for a chassis mounted application. Congrats on the hellcat!

Man I’m sorry but this video is OLD, I even gave that splitter away at the beginning of the year. Some of the hardware I used I made myself from parts from Home Depot and Lowe’s. As I stated in the video I needed to beef it up for the race track. I also made metal brackets to sand which between the splitter and the bumper. Sometimes you need to get creative and fabricate things. All the hardware you need to install it successfully comes with the purchase of the splitter (rib nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts). Thx bro!! 💯Are they adjustable? Tryna choose between the 6 or 8 inch. Also tryna analyze how you used those bolts and wire. I originally half assed mounting my old splitter rods, and yes downforce gets real around 90+ mph. Hopefully just mounting to the bumper support will.keep secure at 150 which what i wanna test it at. (Apr splitter)

Marc Be Hoopin yes they are slightly adjustable but nothing too crazy. Maybe an inch or two of adjustment. Yes the chassis mounted wire supports I made are very popular amongst time attack cars/builders. As you can see it’s very easy to do and it keeps them hidden. The splitter support rods and the tensile wires really did their job. My next set up will be complete chassis mounted aero from Mfr Engineering, I’ll probably need it up some more like I did with this splitter.
