@@lightrocket2 yes I am purely support so the internal dilemma I have is the extra 5% and me enjoying the slows on ice born however the build that I would enjoy that would give me more damage in team fights is going Sunfire and abyss mask so I’m confused on whether I should just be playing for the extra 5% CDR and slow or having 103 ability haste, and having more damage output in a fight since my cool downs will already be so low

Basically, the builds in question is 1. Ice gauntlet spirit visage, winter , frozen heart , abysmal mask / rookern and cdr boots , or 2 . Sunfire , abyssal mask, winter , frozen heart, spirit visage and cdr boots , cdr difference it’s only 5 percent and slows from ibg, bs the other build that gives more raw damage and still low cds

I'd try out deadmans plate. Especially if not facing melees

Taric's damage scales off armor and he's also a great user of Sheen proc. If you can afford it then Iceborne is a great buy. The competition is tough though, Frozen Heart is right there, and will take care of your mana problems while boosting damage still significantly enough. To be honest I'd never build Sunfire on Taric, there are way too many more viable items.
