@@MTlelek I'm in County Down dude, I've only been watching arm wrestling a few months so I have no idea if there are any clubs or anything, although I imagine there are plenty of opportunities to arm wrestle in any pub, anywhere in the country lol

AW gotta hit leg day. for calves i started and worked up to doing 50 single leg elevated full flexion calf raises on rest between every set everytime i workout. its a good way to make sure you get them in and your end up doing like 1200 a day eventually
