Callers often like to use the trick of “Simon says dance” and the players start dancing. And then the caller say “Stop dancing” then the players might stop immediately. I think this trick is very easy for players to follow the caller when the caller didn’t say “Simon says”

I just tell them “first, sit down so we can start the game.” Then boom they’re all out lol

Giving minigame sorta challenges can be fun, like do scissors paper rock with the person next to you and the losers are out or race to a wall and back and the last one back is out

Found your video by accident, actually, and let me say that I've always use visual cues incorrectly when I am the caller and it eliminates just about everyone in the first round. I rather like your way of playing without elimination. The next time we play, I will keep some kind of scorecard. Thank you for showing us your tips and tricks. Simon says, take a bow, sir.
