Chamomile, (Matricaria recutita) sometimes also referred to as German chamomile, is an herb that is native to Europe, Africa, and Asia, and is now also grown in North America. Chamomile has been used medicinally for thousands of years and was known by ancient Greek, Roman, and Egyptian cultures. It is now approved by Germany’s Commission E to treat cough and bronchitis, fevers, cold, inflammation, infection, wounds, and burns. It is available as a supplement in capsules, as well as tea bags and liquid extract.
Chamomile preparations such as tea and essential oil aromatherapy have been claimed to have calming effects and traditionally have been used to treat insomnia and induce sedation.

in Poland this plant is called "Rumianek" and used in the form of a strong tea. It has been used in herbal medicine as a carminative and anti-inflammatory. It is also used in ointments and lotions, and as a mouthwash against infections of mouth and gums

It is called Manzanilla in Spanish. I love all herbal plants, chamomile makes an excellent tea for relaxation and stomach upset.

It's Лайка/Laika in Bulgarian and it's used for the same purposes mentioned in video. Me personally I harvest wild growing Chamomile for tee. During winter it helps a lot if you have a cold or flu.

I like your videos but I rarely click on them since you use AI thumbnails. Because I know the image on the thumbnail is an exaggeration and the video will be a lot less spectacular then the image suggests. If it were just a frame of the actual video I would click on it much more likely.
