What a refreshing CEO commentary. I visited Billecart-Salmon in September 2019. The combination of seeing their physical operation and hearing how they actually make the decisions on their cuvees is marvelous. This is an interview that champagne consumers should all see. You can understand the man and come to appreciate his passionate commitment to his House, Billecart-Salmon.
