If you do not take into account the terrible accent, then there is a big jamb in all attempts to imitate Russian speech: Russians very rarely address each other by name. If this is an official speech, then they address by patronymic (Ivan Petrovich) or, if friends communicate, they will use a diminutive version of the name (for example, not Ivan, but Vanya). This does not mean that Russians do not address each other by name, but in many cases it looks inappropriate.

Смешно наблюдать, что англоязычные ребята не понимают, что в русском языке есть несколько форм одного и того же имени: Иван - это и Ванька, Ванюша, Ваня, Ванёк, Ваниш?). Владимир, соответственно, Вова, Вован, Вович, Вовчик, Вовунчик, для кого-то даже Вольдымар :) Русские не говорят как роботы: "Привет Иван", или "Привет Владимир", или "Привет Елена". Но чтобы это понять, наверно нужно долго жить среди носителей языка, что логично. Но хорошие переводчики могли бы устранить эти дефекты речи, странно, что оставили. Звучит максимально кринжово и неестественно)))

Меня тоже поражает сей феномен: неужели нельзя найти кого-то из наших там, чтоб озвучили нормально игру/фильм, вроде ж хватает народу там. Нет же, лепят этот акцент, аж скулы сводит... Коряво озвучивают они, а стыдно тебе😅
