Just finished the first section of this book. WOW! What an eye opener. Francis Chan's writing is amazing and while reading I feel like I am actually having a conversation. It's a hard book to put down. This book is an answer to my prayers about answering Gods call for me. Sites of scripture are spot on and I am glad to be reading it with my bible study group. I love what Harrington and Putman say from Matthew 4:19 that Jesus defined a disciple, "Come, follow me and I will make you fishers of men." A disciple is called by Jesus - "Come" To be changed by Jesus - "I will make you" To be on the mission of Jesus - "Fishers of men"

Grace = Empowerment to live the life you were called to - To live an extra-ordinary life through the power of the Holy Spirit sent by Jesus.
