Oil mai 1 tez pata + 1 darchini + 2 bari elaichi+ 6 kali mirch+ 1/2 tsp safed zeera 1 minute tk fry krne hain 2 chote pyaz add krke golden brown krne hain Gosht add krke 2-3 minute tk bhunna hai 2 tbsp adrk lehsan ka paste add krke bhunna hai 1-2 minutes 1 tsp namak + 1 tsp laal mirch powder + 1/2 tsp haldi daal kr 2-3 minutes bhunna hai 2-3 cups pani daal kr galana hai gosht ko 35 minutes tk low flame pr cover kr ke pakana hai 3 medium timatar daal kr bhunna hai 2 minute low flame pr Daal add krke bhunna hai 4 minutes 1 tbsp safed dhania powder add krke mix krna hai 1tbsp sukhi methi daal kr mix krna hai 2 cup pani daal kr mix krna hai aur cover krke low flame pr pakana hai 10 minutes Hari mirche add krke 2 minutes pakana hai
