Shahi Chana Masala Gravy Restaurant style | Punjabi Style Chana masala |शाही चना बनाने की विधि | Chef Ashok
Ingredients:
200 gm white chana
2 Onion
2 Tomato
1 Tsp Salt
7 cashew
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Degi Mirch powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumins Powder
15 gm Butter
1 Tsp Oil
Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi
3 Spoon Fresh cream
1/2 Spoon Garam Masala Powder
