Don't you think that using someone for our benefit is the way how big corporates work and also great leaders but actually these people give others what they want It might be salary respect or something else. Don't you think that chanakya asks people to be problem solvers because these people around you won't work for you if they don't see there benefit in working for you and so these leaders are actually problem solvers. And the point of cheating that you mentioned might be the part of Sam dam dand bhed Where chanakya asks to play tricks to win the game at last I feel that the modern world uses it a lot as they say everything is fair in love and WAR so I don't find anything wrong in using chanakya in my life
