This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Town Homes. The model for this home is the “Key Largo.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,600 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! My comment was going to be "what's not to love about this home" , but the answer is the pantry. They needed to step up on the pantry. It doesn't live up to the rest of the home, which is fantastic.

Really loved this one!! That master bedroom was huge. Loved the tray ceilings and it looked like a brown/copper color in the center. Love that back splash. This was a very huge surprise!!

There's a lot of wasted space. There could easily be another bathroom and even another room with a slightly different design. At the very least, there should be a 1/2 bath by the 3rd bedroom. Your tour is fun though. I laughed when you said hello to the mermaid on the mantle. It's those fun things you do that make your tours good entertainment.

Chance, you are so right! Just when you think you've seen them all, you bring us this beautiful home. I can't find anything negative about it. I'm always interested in the laundry room and this one does not disappoint. This truly is a gorgeous home. Nice home. Attractive exterior, great floor plan, super kitchen. However, in a home this size, they could have used some of that space for a dedicated linen closet. The tall closet in the master bath will have to serve 4 bedrooms and probably a large family.

Very beautiful house and layout. One thing I noticed, you don't see much, and my wife would really appreciate is the spot in the master bath where she can sit down and do her hair and make-up. I really love the large rooms. A family shouldn't feel cramped in this house

❤ beautiful home! Yes, the song is a great one by the Beach Boys. Love that the access to hot water is not inside a closet but in the utility room where it belongs. I also love this floor plan and how the bedrooms are separated. It would be perfect for a young family who want a bedroom near the master as a nursery and as the baby gets older, they can move to one of the other bedrooms. Or, if there is only 1 child, the 2 bedrooms and bath could be for guests. Lots of options! Thanks for showing us this house, Chance!

Absolutely gorgeous. I love all the ship lap as well as the spacious master bedroom and utility room. Also the fact that the tile in the master bathroom shower goes up so high. The high ceiling is a definite plus also. I have to mention the sitting bench in the master shower is great for a family to age in and feel safer while showering. Absolutely beautiful and spacious kitchen and dining area. Thanks for sharing.

YES PLEASE is almost all I can say! Add a bigger pantry, I’d possibly use the darn master as a den since I really don’t need four bedrooms, and it’s perfect! Goodness, nice job on this one Chance! Hope all is well with Cullen, wife, and the new bundle on the way!

Love this. Way out of my price range, but still very nice. I'd put a freezer in the kitchen off of that smaller counter by the dining table and put my dogs kennel in the laundry room.

Well this is quite a house! 💕 wish they had added a coat closet near front door, a half bathroom. And a full bathroom near smaller bedroom near master, lots of company stays with us to only have 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms 🤷‍♀️ 1/2 bath for persons not coming through your home to use bathroom. Wish the had a slider window/door so you could add a deck. Thoughts to manufacturers.

Hi Chance and Cullen... wow, spectacular home...loving the kitchen and living room and tre ceilings ....love the couch...the cabinets are beautiful..I just wish the sink was near the window .... the laundry room has everything in it like it should be meaning the mechanicals...you can put another refrigerator in there as well...the main bathroom need a second shower 🚿 head... I could live here... I would do a finished basement too.. Be Safe Be Blessed

Very nice triple wide! I'm a little disappointed with the pantry. I was hoping for at least a walk-in pantry! Loved the layout. The wire wrecks would have to go!! The primary suite was beautiful! Thank you for sharing. Blessings to you and your family ❤

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE !!!!. Only thing I'd change is no carpet, that middle bedroom behind the kitchen...make that a walk-in pantry from that kitchen doorway pantry, remove 1 of the closet doors in the master so it's 1 door to get in to that closet..don't need 2 for me, and tile that shower floor. Well, honestly, only other things are minimal as a gas stove and door to the water heater instead of the panel. Perfection, in my book.

Now, I grew up in trailers. Dad made a career of fixing them up when they got past their prime. The thing I just can't get over is the lack of proper drywall. I see a lot of it in this one, but in the closets and bathrooms- nah. Come on guys, y'all know those walls are gonna rot out before their time. :( You can have as nice a house as you want, but if the bathroom walls are gonna rot and moulder because they're made of tissue paper, what good is it? Sigh. All that work on a gorgeous home, too!! Thanks for taking us along, Chance. All the best to your fam!

Nice layout keeping the oldest kids bedroom at the other end of the house. Easy to hear what they are saying with the vents above the doorway. The laundry room is big is nice. Wow the master bedroom is a love nest for sure. Water closet could used a pocket door then added a cabinet for more storage. The kitchen was amazing but needed a bigger pantry.

I’m loving it with some changes: No carpet, square the sinks, No wire shelving, gas fireplace and stove, add another bowl to guest bathroom sink and add another layer to master bedroom closet….. the other things such as adding wands in bathroom is menial 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤ Bblessed. I love the quality of your videos! I love the house too! I would change up the closet in master from wire to wood shelving. That tray ceiling and the cabinets are just as fabulous as the huge kitchen! It is beautiful! Good job!
