This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Nationwide Homes. The model for this home is the “Liberty” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,800 square foot(on main level). Let me know what you think about the video! Plugs hidden UNDER the cabinets, AND under lights?!!!! I'M IN LOVE!!!!! HUGE living room area.......big enough for display shelves or bookshelves to create a wall between the kitchen and living room. Gorgeous home. So light with all the windows and my favourite sinks and the wand shower head. It's perfect, but not as perfect as the cute little baby Grayden. What a sweetheart, and I love the picture of the two brothers. Involve Cullen in caring for the baby it will make him feel important and help him to adapt to sharing mumma. Plus it will be helpful to mum. I hope they're all doing well. Love and prayers to you all.

Love the layout of this home. Plenty of room but no wasted space. Walk in closets in each bedroom, a pantry, storage closet, and nice back porch/ utility room. Simple clean lines, very nice, but nothing over the top. The appliances in the kitchen are near each other making the kitchen user friendly and not a place to walk many steps while cooking. Love the kitchen sink with all the add-ons. Congratulations on the new baby. Babies are such huge blessings. Thanks for another great tour!!

Awe.....Chance, Grayden is just so beautiful! Grats on your new son. May the Lord bless your family, and your new son. It seems like you cannot help grinning. I hope you are over the moon happy. I hope Katelynn is doing well, and the Lord bless her and her body to recover quickly. We are sooo blessed by you and your family! The one thing I like about this house is that it seems like a site built stick house. So homey and cozy to spite it's size. I love the closet sizes, and that it has an outdoor/side door that would work well if there were an attached garage. I also like that there is a door on the laundry room. I would need a built in microwave in the kitchen somewhere, though.
