Ya , I'm from Mississauga, broke my heart his untimely passing, especially a fellow Canadian. I grew up watching friends. I'll always cherish the tears of gut busting laughter! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Chandler was always my favorite character! 🖖😁🤘🇨🇦

He said when he found out about the character he thought,”I don’t have to play Chandler. I AM Chandler.” I’m heartbroken about Matthew. He worked so hard to get to the great place he was in life. He had so many plans. Life isn’t fair, that’s for sure.

chandler was probably most fans’ favorite “FRIEND”. all his post-FRIENDS shows were actually pretty good. “Studio 60, Go On, and The Odd Couple”. i guess audiences were looking for chandler bing every time.

Completely agree I liked Studio 60 a lot with the rapid fire dialogue and Matt Perry was excellent, and The Odd Couple wasn't bad I thought the cast had good chemistry and timing ,just not friends.He will be sorely missed,sounds like the cast is taking its time to release official statements as they are all grieving very sad times

Joey & Chandler were like Abbott & Costello or Laurel & Hardy. A comic duo. Or Lewis & Martin. The writers wrote & Matthew delivered with precision & great timing. I think the whole cast had fun working on the set of Friends. We watched the cast grow up with us. Matthew was so very talented. And as a human being he was caring & funny & insightful with his path in life & thru the pain of his addictions. I sincerely hope that in his last years of life he was out of pain & happy with himself. I pray his spirit is free & in peace with himself & has found God whom ever that is for Matthew. 🙏 RIP know u are loved & cherished by family & fans & friends ❤️🎉😢✨️🕊🕯💧🌟🌈🌹🤯💔😇💪

Matthew Perry will always be loved and missed by many it’s so heartbreaking that his journey ended so soon his kindness and compassion but most of all his generosity is what I will always remember about him his passing leaves an emptiness that no one else could ever fill he left us with many memories to be shared and cherished always may he rest in peace in paradise my prayers are with his family and friends now and always

There’s something so unnerving about seeing someone so alive and vibrant, full of personality, insanely radiant sense of humor, having infectious energy and then simultaneously knowing they’re dead… like I’m watching this right now but Matthew Perry is literally not alive anymore. He’s gone. He does not exist like at all. Yet in one moment in time he existed VERY much, and now he’s just a memory. Weird. Life is fuckin weird man.

Great compilation! Some of my favorite Chandler moments: -Joey : "What are we supposed to be seeing here?" Chandler: "I don't know, but I think it's about to attack the Enterprise." -in s2, the whole roommate drama between Chandler and Joey that was meant as a parody of the Ross and Rachel drama. Especially the sequence when "All By Myself" plays - "I'm still on London time. Does that count?" -when Rachel is overwhelmed at having to keep her estranged parents apart at her birthday party, and Chandler sympathizes from his own experiences. -naming the little chick Yasmine -Chandler: "This is nice." Monica: "I know, it is, isn't it?" Chandler: "No, I mean it, this feels REALLY good. Is this 100% cotton?" -getting together with Monica in the alternate reality -s6 Thanksgiving - Chandler: "I'll talk to them." - "MISS Chenandler Bong!"

Like "The Big Bang Theory" Friends saddled their cast with dialog that sounded like it was written in an office ...and the saving grace was their delivery of these unlikely lines so that you had more belief in the characters....mobile-faced Matthew was very good at delivery - I think because of his Canadian upbringing.......Rest In Peace -

Most memorable scenes for me,…the one where Chandler is teaching Joey, to play “Cups”,… & the sequence with the girl that he fancies & they are locked in a lift/small office ? 😮

He had the BEST sense of humor. He was originally going to be in "Independence Day" and went so far as to begin rehearsals. During the scene where the airmen were getting the pointers about how to fight the aliens, he grabbed Will Smith and feigning fear, said, "hold me". He had to bow out due to scheduling conflicts and the part went to Harry Connick, Jr. Harry asked Matthew if he could use that line, and Matthew graciously said yes. SO sad that he was finally getting his life together ... who knows where his comedic genius and impeccable timing could've taken him and how far he could've gone. R.I.P. Matthew ❤️

If I'm asked to describe my personality or filling out a bio I always say see Chandler Bing lol such a huge part of growing up for me and I'm so much like Chandler I know he didn't write it but Perry turned that character into one of the funniest tv characters all time maybe only behind Lucy on I love Lucy and Michael Scott on The Office RIP to an icon such a tragedy

I installed bird feeder cam, and in the moment that first bird landed, I heard news that Matt died. Now that bird thinks that feeder belongs to her, fighting of other birds. I named it Chandler! You live in my bird...

It’s pretty sad seeing how much Matthew Perry’s body changed throughout the series. When the clips go back and forth season to season you can see him when he was skinny, heavy set, etc. I always knew he had a lot of personal problems but it seems like the situation was very serious. 😳

The only substances I've abused are alcohol and weed. I've also gone up & down in weight like a yoyo. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Alcohol makes you gain weight, and with the amount of drugs he was taking he would get sick, and lose weight. It was sad watching him watch himself through each season. He went down to 128lbs up to 255lbs.
