Unfortunately I pressed something on my camera which adjusted the settings and this video quality is a little low. I'll try to re - do in higher quality a video of the bag itself for upclose details. Seen both the large, medium and small at my local store today. Because the items are stored towards the back, once loaded, the bag seems to misshapen with the section below the handle popping up more, while the lid section collapsing/sinking downwards - the large size is far more obvious than then medium size. The small cannot accommodate iPhone pro 11 with a pop socket case easily and the handle is too tight. The medium is most well balanced, holding its shape yet able to hold quite a bit of contents - iPhone 11 Pro with case, an LV Zoe wallet, a card case, an LV 4 key pouch, a car key, a couple packs of tissues. Agree that the shoulder strap is short (for shoulder) and tends to bunch up and tangles. The local store happens to have both the large and medium in black n beige in caviar, even the handle is in Cavier leather. Gorgeous. The black one that you have shown is sold out.

I have one and the only issue i have is that it’s very difficult / virtually impossible to wear elbow style. My chain doesn’t tangle. I zip up the bag on 2 sides (1 side & top part), snap the button to keep the flap from falling down, so it’s easy for me to get & put in stuff. I’m a shorty - almost 5’2 & i love wearing the bag crossbody. She’s right, it’s a bit heavy though.
