Wtf is this? Chanel loves to focus on their ambassadors and that podcast but not on the fashion and models. A cheap location with models looking dull and the clothes are absolutely boring and uninspired. Remember when Chanel had that giant ship as staging for their Cruise collection in 2018? Or 2012 in Versailles were the models portrayed Marie Antoinette or 2015 in Seoul with that Mickey Mouse hairstyle. I miss the era of the Chanel models like Stella, Saskia, Kati, Cara, Freja, Lindsey, Edie, Aymeline, Baptiste, Arizona or Caroline Brasch. Those were the days 💔

The fashion show was disappointing, lacking in both creativity and style. The hairstyles were uninspired, and it seemed as though the models were wearing little to no makeup. Their appearance gave the impression of just rolling out of bed and onto the runway without a refreshing shower. The skin appeared dull and lacked vitality, with some models' legs showing signs of dryness. It's crucial, especially in the fashion world, for models to present themselves this way. I feel deeply sorry for them and for us the audience.

The last couple of Chanel shows seemed to indicate signs of a creative recovery but here we are again, back in the fashion doldrums, with a frumpy, incoherent mess of a collection. These look like cheap rip-offs of rip-offs of classic Chanel. The only good thing about this show was that it took place on top of one of Le Corbusier's most iconic buildings; for once, I wasn't irritated when the camera cut away from the models as it gave me something more interesting to look at.

The more expensive the brand, the more Third World the assisting audience... 😜 Stop political propaganda at fashion shows.
