Girl I think I need to take an improv class, too!! LOL! That sounds like so much fun. These boutique experiences are hit and miss, especially with Chanel and LV. The judgement is real so I’ve walked out on a few purchases because of it.

I love that you are doing an improv course, sounds fun! They must be great at design to have you learning without even knowing it! I don’t even go into Chanel these days, just does not appeal to me.

Omg the Chanel SAs were so rude to you! I would’ve been so annoyed by the arrogance of the first one, but the second one was really, really bad…. To ask you how you wanna pay when you were still considering it, and laugh when you wanted to call your husband. I would’ve told her off and stomped off. Thanks for sharing, Sharon. (Binge watching and catching up on all your videos today as I have been busy last few weeks)

You’re so sweet, thank you for even watching my videos! ❤️ And yes she was so obnoxious and under regular circumstances I would have walked away but sadly at Chanel you feel like you’re at their mercy bc you can’t always find what you’re looking for😩the scarcity tactic often works when you’ve been looking for it for a long time. Sigh 😔

Omg the SA about calling your husband! I do the exact same thing and I’ve done it at Chanel, thanks god the SA didn’t say that to me. So rude!!! I own nothing from Loewe but I like a couple bags.

@@Bestlifemiddleage So obnoxious right?! I did not like her and had there been that same bag available elsewhere I would’ve purchased elsewhere. Unfortunately finding the bag you want at Chanel is hit or miss so I felt like I needed to buy it since I wasn’t likely to find it elsewhere. Loewe has been growing on me quickly and I’m so enjoying its low key but high quality styles! Definitely try them on if you have the chance 😊 So grateful to hear your perspectives! I can’t wait to hear about your improv course. I think this would be so perfect for you😊 I’ve worked in retail almost all my life. I worked at Nordstrom and I loved it I was new and my people liked my personality. I would help any and everyone I could help. The other SA hated me. They made me miserable so miserable I quit my job. Months later the HR manager came to my new job where I was working and asked why I quit and I told her and she asked me to meet with her the next morning and I did. They wanted me to come back but I declined because I was happier where I was currently working. Most SA are about the sale and not the experience. But if you give the great experiences they will remember you and always come back to you😊😊😊

Oh man, I’m so sorry to hear that someone else made you that unhappy you felt the need to leave 😞 Working with ppl you like and enjoy is so much of what makes us happy at work. You’re not wrong, lol. One of those was in NYC so not surprising 🤨 I was raised in NYC and even for me it’s always awful coming across those ppl. When I was pregnant with my first child, the receptionist at my OBGYN (also in NYC at the time) was so awful to every patient that she talked to. It was crazy. I have never owned a Loewe piece but I do like a lot of their bags. Michelle Wang has some beautiful Loewe bags and RTW. She bought a beautiful cylinder bag in an olive green recently. I was very tempted by that bag. I’ve never been tempted by the puzzle bag, the opening looks like it would be aggravating to me. Nothing Chanel offers tempts me anymore. It’s just not my aesthetic. I’ve had a few bags and let them go. Their prices are also insane and the jewelry seems to be problematic. I’ve had friendly service at the Wynn Chanel in Vegas. The friendliest service I’ve ever experienced was at the Maui and Waikiki LV boutiques. Very helpful and super friendly associates.

I find everyone in Hawaii is super friendly, I love it! 🥰 And yes their prices are insanity so I have sworn to myself that I won’t be buying Chanel anymore. I feel like Chanel and Hermes have such high desirability that they can do this. I'm surprised they post such high growth figures. As an LV CA myself, I wouldn't dare do this. Even though LV is the biggest luxury brand in the world, we don't have the desirability and clientele to have this kind of sales philosophy. You can only do this where the market and clientele aren't entry level luxury buyers.

Honestly I’m so pleased to hear this as a CA themselves….I’ve honest to god never had a bad experience with customer service at LV. Everyone has always been nice/helpful to me personally. But you’re probably right, some brands feel they can mistreat bc they ride in their brand/desirability. So grateful to hear your unique perspectives! And thank you for watching! 🌟🤗❤️
