Would have been nice if we could have seen everything . There were parts you were working away from camera ..bag was turned to you...couldnt see anything . Also, would have been nice to have list of tools that you used in description box. Beautiful cake.

12” by 9” cake pan. I cut them equally, then trimmed

A well executed cake design for sure but i would humbly suggest to balance cream and sponge cake, there seem to be a huge cake for a little bit of cream which at tasting is going to be a little bit dry…. How about making more layers for leaving room to more cream?otherwise thanks for sharing bless you!!!

Yes of course, but you need to put the cake in the fridge to chill for a couple of hours or if possible overnight.

Le rendue est magnifique mais je trouve qu'il y à une trop grosse épaisseur de genoise par rapport à la crème , le client va manger du cake c'est tout, c'est vraiment dommage
